What this website does

This is a public informational website. It does not currently provide account registration, payment, medical intake, patient portals, or public contact forms.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” When allowed, it may process page views, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device characteristics, scrolling, outbound clicks, and other website interactions. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in this implementation.

The choice is saved in the visitor’s browser. The “Privacy choices” control can be used to change that choice. Declining analytics does not prevent access to the site.

Sensitive information

Do not use this public website to submit medical records, protected health information, financial information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information. No public form is provided for that purpose.

Service providers and retention

The website uses hosting and security infrastructure to deliver pages and protect the service. Those systems may process ordinary connection and security logs. Analytics data, when permitted, is handled under Google Analytics controls. Retention and access settings will be reviewed as the institutional operating model matures.

Changes

This notice may be updated as public services, participation routes, and accountable privacy ownership are established. Materially new data collection should be explained before it is introduced.
